This project began as a remodel for an existing home. However, the owners soon realized that to get exactly the custom vacation home they desired, a totally new build was required. 

• A narrow lot maximizes every square inch for family comfort, fun, and spaces to create great memories. 
• A striking barrel roof over the front door offers a lovely and memorable welcome.
• The back yard is filled with additional areas for fun and relaxation: a refreshing pool, evenings by the fire-pit, a walk-out patio for added lounging space, and an upper deck to take in the views while dining. 
• The home, finished with maintenance free exterior materials has a cottage charm street side; however, the back wall full shed dormer provided the space for a large upstairs bedroom.
