Our Supervisors & Field Team
We would love for you to meet some of the wonderful people who help bring our customers' projects to life.

MATT LOWE

Matt Lowe, Project Supervisor
When Matt became a part of the Shrock team in 2019, he brought with him valuable knowledge and a wide variety of previous construction experience. Matt has worked in residential, commercial and industrial excavating, commercial inspection work, and as a project engineer. He will be the first to admit that as project supervisor for Shrock Premier, every day brings new challenges! Matt loves the flexibility and diversity of his job and strives daily to keep the project running smoothly and efficiently. Paperwork is important, but Matt really enjoys being on the job site helping the guys and making sure that everyone has exactly everything they need to get the project done in a timely manner. Matt is from Millersburg, Ohio and when not behind the wheel of a Shrock truck, you can find him riding his Polaris RZR somewhere in the rugged off-road trails of the area!

LEONARD YODER

Leonard Yoder, Project Supervisor
It didn’t take long for Leonard to earn his title as Project Supervisor for Shrock Premier. He became a part of the Shrock team in 2019, bringing with him the experience and talent to succeed in the ever-changing construction industry. Leonard appreciates working for a company with such high standards and one in which every individual is valued, recognized and part of a team.
As project supervisor, Leonard really enjoys the challenge of scheduling materials, subcontractors, and overseeing quality control while keeping the project moving forward in a timely manner. He especially loves the opportunity to “roll up his sleeves” and get involved in whatever needs to be done! Each and every day is a new challenge to move the project forward to completion with quality results. The reward comes in seeing everything come together beautifully.
Working long and hard hours was always a part of Leonard’s versatile background. He grew up on a dairy farm in Michigan’s upper peninsula. For seven years, he worked in the logging industry and then moved into the construction business. His resume also includes over three years in a small engine shop.
Leonard resides in Fredericktown Ohio.
The joy of Leonard’s life is his family: his amazing wife Hannah and their five children. Together they enjoy spending time hunting, fishing, and camping.

He brought with him many years of residential construction experience which quickly landed Jr. the position of Job Site Supervisor for Urban Meadows Development in Bellville, OH. Jr. resides in Berlin, Ohio in Holmes County with his beautiful wife, Marie and four wonderful children: Deborah, Julianne, Evan, and Josiah. Outside of construction work, Jr. enjoys family time, road trips, fishing and camping.

JOHN MARTIN MILLER

John Martin Miller, Master Craftsman
John is the master craftsman at Shrock Cabinetry and has over 30 years of experience making cabinets and creating furniture. He has completed cabinetry projects in 11 different states. He is what many refer to as a true “artist of cabinetry and furniture making!” He began his love for fine woodworking by completing small projects for family and neighbors, using his dad’s simple old table saw, band saw, and a small lathe. Today, John has adapted to the latest technology of Shrock Cabinetry, completing cabinetry of all styles, shapes, and sizes and also a bit of furniture and special projects. He possesses impeccable attention to detail and is passionate about his work.
One of his most memorable projects was a cabinetry install in Colorado. He was able to take two sons along and while there the three Millers were also able to take some time to enjoy what Colorado had to offer: primarily the great outdoors!! John would say that his favorite piece, however, was a very special project involving a hidden gun cabinet within a hidden gun room. He constructed a bookshelf which cleverly disguised the opening to the gun room.
When John is not busy working at the Shrock Cabinet Division, he also enjoys life with his 11 children and his wife and regularly attends local sales. The family has built a beautifully maintained softball field which draws many to the Miller homestead. Countless summer hours are spent with family, friends, and neighbors back on the ball field!

ANDREW WOLFF

Andrew Wolff, Trim Carpenter for Shrock Premier Custom Construction
Andrew’s past experience as a furniture maker using only hand tools, gave him the keen eye and attention to detail that custom trim work requires. He was first introduced to Shrock Premier Custom Construction through word of mouth. A friend who works for Shrock Premier encouraged Andrew to come on board.
As a valuable team member, Andrew not only does trim carpentry, but he can also complete framing, plumbing, siding, installation of appliances…whatever the job requires! He enjoys the challenge of figuring out new ways to make the customer’s vision a reality and is persistent until the job is perfect. Happy customers and a job well done brings Andrew great satisfaction.
Andrew enjoys just about anything farm related: woodworking, blacksmithing, welding; however, much of his spare time is taken up with the study of Scripture. He is also a pastor in a small church in Northwest Coshocton County. He and his wife are joyfully anticipating the arrival of their first child early next year.

DAVID MILLER

David Miller, Craftsman
David has been assisting his father, John, in cabinet making since 2010 and has been working at Shrock Cabinets since its inception. Some of his previous experience included construction and roofing. When not overseeing daily production David focuses on specialty wood projects for Shrock. These types of projects include anything out of the ordinary: custom hoods, bars, mudroom cubbies, a unique barn door, a special bookcase, bunkbeds, etc.
The most unique project is also one of David’s favorites; creating a 10’ long replica boat to use as a custom bar for clients! He enjoys the creative challenge of his work and satisfaction that each piece is one of a kind, designed for a particular client.
Although David may be a man of few words, his work at Shrock Cabinets speaks volumes. Completed projects that David oversees reflect dedication to the art and detail of wood working, love for a job well done, and a keen awareness of the client’s needs and desires for their project. Because of the talent and ingenuity of employees such as David, whatever our Shrock clients might dream up, Shrock Cabinetry can complete.
David, like most of the Miller clan, is a talented softball player and enjoys most anything that keeps him out in God’s beautiful creation: camping, fishing, and hunting.
