Shrock Premier custom construction

Obsidian Hollow in Loudonville, Ohio

This sleek dwelling was completely constructed indoors within the Shrock Prefab walls, then hauled to the site on a trailer and placed on its foundation.

An abundance of glass allows the occupants to enjoy the breathtaking natural views surrounding the site located next to the Mohican Forest.
The client wanted the visual drama of contrasting dark and light colors which took the form of contemporary furnishings with high functionality.
Metal beams on the exterior provide a bold strong and striking appearance for the small structure. Outdoor light strips were applied to the underside of the metal beams.
