This southern Ohio home received a much-needed expansion. Shrock designed and added two levels of living space plus a unique viewing tower.

• Two new primary areas in the addition were forefront for the homeowners: a new kitchen and a master suite.
• The laminated support beams & metal ladder provide a striking industrial design element to both the main floor and the basement.
• Along with a comfortable master suite and a spacious kitchen, the main floor includes an office nook, ½ bath, and living room space complete with a gas fireplace. 
• The comfortable basement sitting room has its own corner fireplace and access to the walkout patio.
