An America Icon, the gristmill, becomes multi-level unique living space overflowing with rustic charm.

• It took creativity and expertise to preserve the historical elements of the gristmill, while making it functional for daily living. The result is organic and very fun. Curved windows bring softness and timeless appeal to the façade.
• Quirky corners and odd spaces became purposeful storage and shelf opportunities for the homeowner’s collection of books and articles.
• The original foundation stones are highlighted in the full bath. In the shower, a clear panel protects the stones from moisture. 
• A fun and fabulous bar was created using reclaimed materials & century old beams.
