Although this new custom Lake Home was challenging in terms of the property setbacks, Shrock Premier Custom Construction was able to design and build a charming lake home which offered the family all the spaces they desired.

• Food prep and the enjoyment of dining together with friends and family were key in the design of this home.
• A covered deck and a screened in porch allow the homeowners to take the festivities outside. 
• An important part of the project was creating easier and safer access down to the dock.
• Along with the finished basement, above the garage is a delightful, finished area for additional guests and family space.
