Neff House at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio

The Neff House was one of Shrock’s first projects with Kenyon College and opened the door to many future endeavors with the institution.

  • The Neff House, now known as the Finn House, is a historic 19th century building which was moved to its current site onto a new foundation built by Shrock.
  • After the building was moved in 2006, the Shrock team built a seamless addition funded by James Finn in honor of his parents John L. and Mary C. Finn.
  • The exterior of the Neff House is superb in its intricacy and ornate woodwork. The project required great craftsmanship to relocate, expand, and restore.
