The happy homeowners built their custom Shrock home years ago, then later assigned Shrock the task of designing and building a detached garage with extra family space above.

• This lovely second story guest house and extra family space boasts a full kitchen with a breakfast nook, a full bath, a bar, and also a large theater room.  The stone covered bump out not only provides space for the stairs but also adds depth and visual appeal. 
• A balcony off the kitchen allows guests to take advantage of the wonderful views.
• The installation of the flooring on an angle seems to draw visitors into the room and adds another custom touch.
