Town Center in Mount Vernon, Ohio

This commercial project included many moving parts: a gas station/convenience store, a drive through market, second floor offices, and a car wash.

• Because of the site requirements of this new business, flawless excavation and drainage solutions were crucial.
• The interior was designed to have ample floor space for customers and product displays, while much of the perimeter houses multiple coolers.
• Within the main structure is space for a fast-food retailer which has its own drive-through window.
